We just checked out and I can’t review it fast enough. It was super affordable and great amenities. We had a kitchen, two bed rooms, and three bathrooms. It would be a great place to stay with a big group for a diving trip. They brought us freshly brewed coffee and pastries first thing in the morning and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Great location super close to the ferry! We will be back!

A very pleasant three day stay. All rooms face into a garden courtyard so breakfast on the room patio was a must! Excellent location (just off the strip) provides short walks into the main shopping areas. Staff members were very friendly and willing to help with any request.
Very sweet and friendly staff. They care about their visitors and will make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve had several requests during my stay and they addressed them all promptly and well. The hacienda is also very lovely. The cozy room has a little kitchenette under beautiful arches, a small balcony overlooking the ocean, and a gorgeous tiled sink and wooden cabinets. It’s right in the heart of Cozumel so everything is a short walk away. I would have left them a 5 star review but unfortunately the rooms are not at all noise proof and the loud live music from nearby bars goes until past 1AM. I had to fall asleep with noise cancelling headphones every night. The ceiling is also moldy (in case of allergies, wasn’t an issue for me). Overall I really did enjoy my stay and would recommend if you’re not a light sleeper.
Well located hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice garden. Rather traditonal and old fashioned. Price / value ratio is ok. Wifi connection at room #1 is quiet bad.
Lovely little hotel with incredibly nice and helpful staff! We stayed 5 nights in 2 different rooms and enjoyed our time very much, also due to the really great and attentive staff. The rooms are a bit dated but spacious, we stayed in the junior and master suites, which are both maisonette and have a small open kitchen, a bathroom and a second separate toilet. The little garden in the center is very beautiful and peaceful, and everything is very safe. The location is very convenient, you can easily walk from the ferry terminal, you are very close to all restaurants, bars and shops, but still 1-2 blocks from the main action so it’s a bit more quiet and relaxed. What’s really so great are the people: the staff gave us so many useful tips, recommended great local restaurants, and made us feel welcome and at home.
Very clean and cute place, super friendly staff, she even helped me get out of a ticket for accidentally going the wrong way on a one way street will definitely be back.
We love this little peace of Cozumel heaven! The staff is wonderful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the courtyard is full of beautiful landscaping and seating, the sound of birds surrounds us in the mornings and the location is away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the square and enjoy the city and all it's beautiful people.
